Don’t worry. These techniques aren’t too advanced.

New paragraphs are created by adding a clear line between the previous section

This is a new paragraph. If you want to add a list, add a clear line and then begin each line with
an asterisk and a space like so:

* First item
* Next item
* another item

Note the clear lines between the surrounding paragraphs. You can also created numbered lists by
starting in the same way but beginning each line with a number and a dot:

1. First numbered item
2. Next numbered item

That’s easy. You can also do special things to words and sentences. If you wish to emphasise something you can **give it emphasis with one or two asterisks**. You can choose *one or two asterisks* and you will see that, depending upon the design of your website, you will create different effects. Try it out. The asterisks will not be visible to visitors accessing your website.
